AMT Loves Groups
American Music Theatre offers tickets to groups of 15 or more guests. AMT is conveniently located on Route 30, a major highway running through the heart of Lancaster County. Getting to the theatre is an easy trip from nearby areas including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. We are motorcoach-friendly, with ample, free, on-premises parking.

What constitutes a group?
AMT considers 15 or more guests in a reservation as a group. Service fees are waived for groups.
Does AMT offer discounts?
Yes. For our annual AMT Christmas Show, we offer discounted tickets. Groups of 20 or more receive a free escort admission. Motorcoach drivers are always welcome to view the show in the rear of the auditorium.
What are the payment terms?
For the AMT annual Christmas Show, a 10% deposit is due 90 days prior to your chosen performance date. Your final count and payment is then due 30 days prior to your chosen performance date.
How do we get our tickets?
Your tickets will be mailed or sent by email to you when the reservation is complete, and we have received your final payment.
Do individual group members need to have their ticket in hand to enter the auditorium?
Yes, every patron entering the auditorium must have a ticket in hand.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we do have a large parking lot with reserved motorcoach parking. Parking is free.
Do you offer dining or other add-ons?
No, we do not offer any dining packages or bundles. Our Where to Stay & Play page provides information to some of the most popular local hotels, restaurants and other attractions.
How or when do I select my seats?
You will select your seats at time of booking. Please view the seating chart.
What time should our group arrive?
For concerts or other events, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your event. For the AMT Christmas Show, we suggest arriving 45 minutes prior to showtime.
What is the show length?
Concert lengths vary, but the AMT Christmas Show is two hours with a 15-minute intermission.
What are your seating arrangements?
The main floor of the auditorium is comprised of Orchestra and Mezzanine sections, separated by a wide walkway. The second level is our balcony with a front and rear section. We do provide an elevator for easy balcony access. View our online seating chart.
What if our group arrives late or after the show starts?
Entry to the auditorium is at the discretion of the house manager. Our house staff will assist you to your seats.
