Male Dancer
American Music Theatre is seeking digital submissions for their 2023 Christmas Show, The First Noel.
The 2023 Christmas Show runs Nov-Dec 2023 w/rehearsals the month of October. Rehearsals and Performances are in Lancaster, PA.
Must be versatile, athletic, and proficient in swing, jazz, tap, musical theater and ballet. Partnering experience preferred & acrobatics a plus. Submit contrasting styles. Please slate in with a brief introduction of yourself.

- Contracts are offered on a per show basis

Youth & Teen Ensemble Auditions
AMT is excited to invite YOU to audition for The 2023 Christmas Show, The First Noel!
Join us for a fun-filled experience with singing, dancing and Christmas cheer! The AMT Christmas show is a holiday tradition and an opportunity to perform in front of thousands of people!
You must call the AMT Box Office for an audition appointment. Call early as available times will fill up quickly!
Age Specific Audition Requirements
Youth
Ages 7-12, Male and Female
AUDITIONS Monday, May 8, 2023 4:00pm- 6:00pm
CALLBACKS TBD -Monday, May 15, 2023 4:00pm-6:00pm
Please be prepared to sing your favorite Christmas song A cappella. You will learn a dance combination at the audition. Please wear appropriate dance shoes and clothing (sneakers are ok!).
Teens
Ages 13-17, Male and Female
AUDITIONS: Tuesday, May 9, 2023 4:00pm-6:00pm
CALLBACKS TBD -Tuesday, May 16, 2023 4:00pm-6:00pm
Looking for seasoned performers with high levels of dancing experience. You will learn dance combinations at the audition. Bring jazz, ballet and tap shoes.
For Teens who Sing: Please bring 16 Bars of your favorite Christmas song. TIME PERMITTING. Singing is not necessary to be considered.

Rehearsals will begin early October (Youth & Teen Ensemble will not be needed at every rehearsal-Schedule TBD). The 2023 Christmas Show, The First Noel runs Nov.7 – Dec. 30, 2023. Youth & Teen Ensemble will be divided into 2 teams and the teams will be scheduled throughout the run so they will not be required to do every performance.
